I did give 5 stars at first but then i had another technician come look at my A/C unit. Eric was very nice and helpful but was charging me more than I actually needed. I called someone else to come get a second opinion because I thought I was being charged way too much. Turns out, I was. The other technician said it was my capacitor that needed to be changed only. That it had looked like someone tampered with my unit to make it seem like I needed a lot more done. Grandmark said it was my circuit board and capacitor. That was a lie. I will not recommend this company and i will get more opinions from now on.
Jerry , who came and did the fist inspection, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explained different options to fit our needs.The workers were hardworking and respectful. Samuel kept me updated on the progress periodically. They thoroughly cleaned up after each day they were here .Antonio was my contact person. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was very polite.Miguel Angel who did our final walk through was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.I would recommend this company to all who needs work done on their roof.Thank you Grandmark!
Dave, was great. He is very personable and it was a pleasure meeting and working with him. I look forward to having the project started.The service technician did an exceptional job. They presented me with photos of the work that was completed. It rained the nexted day and no leak. I could not be more pleased with the totality of my experience.We have had a couple of rain storm since the conclusion of the work done on the roof. NO LEAKS a job well done.
I would like to commend Angel C. and his team for doing such a great job in repairing my roof , removal and reinstallation of my solar panels as well as cleaning my gutters. Angel was very responsive to all our concerns and makes sure that the job gets done according to our satisfaction. Customer service was excellent from the start when I spoke to Jose who was very pleasant and was empathizing with our roofing issue. Angel C. sends us photos and videos of before and after the work is completed which was very reassuring to homeowners like us. Excellent services!Grandmark Service Company's workersworked very hard. They processed seriously, from inspection to repairing. After the job has completed. They also tested the results. Also look for protential damages, and futural protection plans. They explained the projects to the customers in details.
